Northern Pines Equine
A for-profit business that partners with Northern Pines Stables. We offer horse riding lessons with your own horse, clinics for horse owners, tuneups for horses, and host horse riding events/competitions as well. We are proud to support the horse riding industry within ND, and to support the education of horses.
What NPE Offers:
Tuneups/Training
Duration: Most are at our facility approximately 30 days
Price: Starts @ $800 for 30 days at our facility
Description: We do not break horses or start colts. We can put more buttons on, expose horses to different obstacles/situations, work on ground work/manners or put trail miles on. We also do not take in horses who need bucking or bolting issues fixed. Horses also must have had at least 90 rides on them. This is a horse/customer based preference service, meaning if we are a good fit it will be discussed. If we are not a good fit for what you are looking to have done, we will refer you to a different facility that would be a better fit. If you would like references, we can provide those as well. We do give riding lessons full time, so this service is only offered when we have available time. If you have any questions or would like to discuss options, make sure to contact us!
Riding Lessons with Your Own Horse
We offer hour or longer riding lessons with your own horses. We have an outside arena, with a short trail ride that we can include in the lessons. We also have a multitude of obstacles, fun games and activities that we do with the horses and clients to help riders reach their personal goals. These lessons are for either adults or children. We mainly do horsemanship lessons in Western style but can host beginner English style riders as well!
